目的 比较干预前后养殖人群和非养殖人群布鲁杆菌病(布病)知识和健康行为意识得分，探讨针对不同人群的适宜的宣传方法.方法 选择天津市静海县牲畜养殖人群和非养殖人群作为调查对象.对养殖人群采取健康讲座的方式、非养殖人群采取媒体及广播宣传的方式，实施布病知识健康教育干预 1个月，在干预前后分别进行问卷调查，比较干预前后的效果.结果 分别问卷调查牲畜养殖人群和非养殖人群500人和502人，其中，牲畜养殖人群干预前、后各调查250人；普通人群干预前调查257人，干预后调查245 人.在干预前牲畜养殖人群的布病知晓率[18.8％(47/250)]高于非养殖人群[5.8％(15/257)]，组间比较差异有统计学意义 (x2=19.84，P＜ 0.05)，干预后两组人群的知晓率均得到了明显提高，养殖人群为[100.0％(250/250)]仍然高于非养殖人群[68.6％(168 /245)].在健康行为认知方面，干预后两组人群的正确认知率均有提升.结论 在养殖人群中开展布病知识的健康讲座可明显提高布病知识的知晓率和健康行为认知率，非养殖人群更适合依赖于媒体、广播等覆盖面广的宣传形式.

目的了解天津市静海县静海镇妇 女生殖健康情况，提高妇女生活质量。方法 2012年2-7月对全镇3777例妇女进行生殖健康检查，包括病史及婚育史询问、妇科检查、盆腔B超及乳腺检查，并分析体检结果。结果在3777例妇女 中检出2099例患妇科疾病，占55.57%，其中宫颈炎占25.13%，阴道炎占17.66%是妇科疾病的前两位。结论妇女病是以妇女生殖系统异常为主 的疾病，包括乳房、子宫、附件、阴道和外阴的疾病。生殖系统感染是影响妇女健康的首要问题，宫颈炎、阴道炎的发病率较高要及时医治，宫颈癌的预防要定期普 查，才能提高广大妇女的生殖健康水平和生活质量。

THE EFFECT OF NANOPARTICLE MINERAL TRIOXIDE (NMT) ON THE PROLIFERATION AND DIFFERENTIATION OF STEM CELLS HUMAN EXFOLIATED DECIDUOUS TO ODONTOBLASTS
To analysis the effect nano mineral trioxide (NMT) on the proliferation and differentiation of Stem Cells Human Exfoliated Deciduous (SHED) to odontoblast. This research is a laboratoric experimental study. Mesenchymal stem cells (SHED) isolated from deciduous teeth and identified using immunochytochemistry were cultured until they reached confluent state. This culture was divided into 3 groups： (i) culture without any treatment (control group)， (ii) Culture that treated with MTA dose 2 mg and (iii) Culture that treated with NMT on dose 2 mg. The observation of stem cells proliferation used MTT test and differentiation obserced by using ELISA method to detect alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and dentin sialophospho protein (DSPP) concentration. NMT was not toxic and increased the proliferation of SHED， and did not impede SHED viability especially on the second day compared to MTA (p < 0.05). Meanwhile on the third day the viability of MTA was higher rather than NMT (p < 0.05). NMT could increase the activity of ALP and DSPP compared to MTA on the SHED (p < 0.05). NMT could increase proliferation of SHED， increased ALP and DSPP activity in SHED and did not impede SHED viability.

564 Desmosomal Protein Gene Mutations in Patients with Idiopathic Dilated Cardiomyopathy Undergoing Cardiac Transplantation: A Clinicopathological Study
BACKGROUND： Idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is the most frequent indication for orthotopic heart transplantation. It has been suggested that mutations in genes encoding desmosomal proteins， more typically associated with arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy， are a cause of DCM. OBJECTIVES： To determine the frequency of desmosomal protein gene mutations in heart transplant recipients and their families and to examine histopathological characteristics of explanted organs from mutation carriers. METHODS： 89 unrelated patients aged 47.9±13.5 years (80% male) transplanted for end-stage DCM underwent genetic screening of five desmosomal genes (PKP2， DSP， DSC2， DSG2 and JUP). The findings were correlated with clinical features and histological characteristics in explanted hearts. RESULTS： Pathogenic mutations were identified in 12 patients (13%). Five additional patients (6%) had genetic variants of unknown significance. The clinical phenotype of patients with pathogenic mutations was indistinguishable from that observed in patients without mutations. Evaluation of 76 relatives from 14 families with sequence variants (11 with pathogenic mutations and three with variants of unknown effect) identified 38 mutation carriers， four of whom had an overt DCM phenotype. Evidence of co-segregation of mutations with DCM phenotype was found in five families. Histological evaluation of explanted hearts did not show any specific features in patients with pathogenic mutations. CONCLUSIONS： Mutations in desmosomal genes are frequent in patients with advanced DCM undergoing cardiac transplantation. These findings emphasise the importance of familial evaluation and genetic counselling in patients with end-stage DCM and pose important challenges for current histopathological criteria for arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.
目的了解与2012年发现疫苗 衍生脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病毒(VDPV)病例的天津市静海县接壤的河北省4个县健康人群脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)免疫状况，为评估脊灰野病毒输入及疫苗衍生脊灰 病毒循环发生提供科学依据。方法调查该4个县1岁、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~6岁、7~10岁、11~14岁、15~19岁、≥20岁8个年龄组共465 人，采用微量细胞中和实验测定脊灰中和抗体。结果调查人群脊灰中和抗体Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型阳性率分别是97.2%、98.5%和92.7%;抗体滴度中位数分别 是1∶128、1∶128和1∶64。结论与天津市静海县接壤的4县健康人群对脊灰病毒形成了良好的免疫屏障。
A randomized single-blind controlled trial of combination of Naikan and Morita therapy( NMT) in patients with generalized anxiety
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Naikan and Morita therapy( NMT) in patients with generalized anxiety disorder( GAD). Methods： Seventy participants with a principle diagnosis of GAD were assigned randomly to the NMT group( n = 35) and the Morita therapy group( n = 35). Both groups were administrated with the same medication. The NMT group were applied with Naikan and Morita therapy( they received Naikan therapy in the 1st week，the 2th to 4th stages of Morita therapy in the 2nd to 5th weeks). The Morita therapy group were applied with the 1st to 4th stages of Morita therapy. The treatment period was 5 weeks. All participants completed baseline measures and post-intervention measures with the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory( MMPI)，Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA)，Toronto Alexithymia Scale( TAS) and Tolerance Scale( To). Results： Thirty-four cases in the NMT group and 33 cases in the Morita therapy group were analyzed. After intervention，the differences between post-test and pre-test scores of MMPI dimension scores of hypochondriasis，hysteria，paranoia，mental weakness，introverted social subscale，and HAMA total scores，TAS total scores and scores of ability in describing the emotions，identifying and distinguishing emotion and body experience，the To total scores were higher in the NMT group than in the Morita therapy group[e. g.，hypochondriasis(- 13. 1 ± 2. 3) vs.(- 11. 1 ±2. 4)，Ps 0. 05]. Conclusion： This study shows that combination of Naikan therapy and Morita therapy( NMT)have the effect of promoting personality growth，enhancing trust level and tolerance，improving the capability of alexithymia，and relieving symptoms of anxiety，and its' efficacy is superior to Morita therapy.
目的观察非结核分枝杆菌 (NMT)耐药情况，为NMT肺病的临床治疗提供依据。方法从2012年盐城地区痰涂片阳性病人标本中筛选出NMT菌株，检测其对8种抗结核药耐药情况。 结果 NMT总体耐药率为98.2%(56/57)，全耐药率为42.1%。耐药率顺位为异烟肼(96.5%)、链霉素(91.2%)、利福平(86.0%)、 氧氟沙星(77.2%)、丁胺卡那霉素(75.4%)、乙胺丁醇(73.7%)、卷曲霉素(73.7%)、卡那霉素(66.7%)。NMT对一、二线抗结 核药物耐药率分别为96.5%、86.0%，全耐药分别占70.2%、57.9%。结论 NMT对大部分抗结核药物具有耐药性，NMT药敏试验后再合理选择治疗方案至关重要。
