摘 要： 目的是评价螺旋CT表面锐化技术对骨折的诊断价值。方法为30例有创伤病史的患者，在螺旋CT平扫基础上，利用表面锐化技术（FKF）重建图像。结果是30个病例中发现53处骨折。检出率方面，无移位时平扫为56%、FKF为100%，骨折微小时平扫为21%、FKF为100%。结论螺旋CT表面锐化技术可以明显提高骨创伤诊断的敏感性和特异性。
BACKGROUND： One of the goals of the AOFAS website is to provide easily understandable information about orthopaedic foot and ankle conditions to the public. However， validation of this goal has not been conducted. Evaluation of text reading level is frequently performed using the Flesch-Kincaid formula (FKF). This study evaluated whether the patient information section of the AOFAS website meets recommended readability guidelines for medical information. MATERIALS AND METHODS： Seventy-nine publicly accessible entries within the patient education section of the AOFAS website were analyzed for grade level readability using the FKF. RESULTS： Two entries were unable to be effectively evaluated using the FKF. The average grade reading level of all patient education entries was 8.3 (95% CI 7.8 to 8.9). Only 20.8% of entries were at or below a 6th grade reading level. Almost 30% were above the 8th grade level. The average grade levels of the constituent sections were： ;;Ailments and Conditions''， 8.7; ;;Stepsto Recovery''， 7.1; ;;Adult Feet''， 8.3; ;;Children's Feet''， 7.5; ;;Foot Health and Fitness''， 7.8; ;;Shoes''， 8.5; and ;;Glossary''， 10.1. The percentage of entries within these sections below a 7th grade reading level were 13%， 30%， 0%， 0%， 43%， 24% and 0%， respectively. CONCLUSION： The percentage of entries at or below the recommended 6th grade reading level on the AOFAS website compared favorably with other orthopaedic organizations' websites. However， the majority still exceeds a recommended reading level. To enhance the readability of patient education materials， we believe use of computer aided readability assessment tools should be considered in future website revisions.
Comparison between ambulatory infusion mode and inpatient infusion mode from the perspective of quality of life among colorectal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy

An ambulatory infusion programme was launched to address the problems of long waiting list and bed shortage. The study objective was to compare the quality of life between patients receiving the chemotherapy treatments in the ambulatory infusion group and the inpatient infusion group. The results showed that some demographic variables of education level， family role and employment status were determinants of the treatment mode. Patients in the ambulatory infusion group of social and global domains performed better than the inpatient group. However， the inpatient group had better quality of life of nauseated symptom at different stages. Some nursing educations should be reinforced to address the symptom management for patients receiving ambulatory infusion at home. The ambulatory infusion programme offered considerable quality of life benefits to colorectal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.

In most countries the traffic rule of keeping right is observed， multi-lane freeways often employ a rule that requires drivers to drive in the right-most lane unless they are passing another vehicle， in which case they move one lane to the left， pass， and return to their former lane. In order to know whether this rule can effectively promote a smooth traffic in both light and heavy traffic， we mainly consider four factors that are traffic flow， safety， rate of lane changing and limited speed. According to car following theory， modified and piecewise segment fixed-end-beam (FEB) model and hydrodynamic model of mixed traffic， we established highway traffic flow models. According to the deflection curve of segment fixed-end-beam， we imitate the overtaking and following process of a vehicle， stretch this process to the whole traffic flow system， imitate traffic flow by fluid motion， and then create the freeway model of traffic flow. We gain the solution to the model through the analysis of characteristic lines， the relations of flow q， designed limit speed uf density k and rate of lane changing are showed in the following formula： q = bk + cea， where b = Âµfm c = Âµfkf(1-m)， m is coefficient of wave velocity， kj is the block density if the speed is zero. We reach a conclusion that the keeping right rule except overtaking can effectively improve a smooth traffic in a light traffic， but it doesn't in a heavy traffic. But traffic jams often happen in freeways; in this case， the keeping right rule cannot improve a smooth traffic. To enlarge traffic flow in unit road and enhance safety， we put forward a new rule of limit line and lane after the consideration of safety distance and maximum traffic. Take a four-lane freeway as an example， regulations as follows： 1) Limit line： we record the total number of vehicles running in freeways timely. When the total number reaches the maximum number N， the rule of limit line is employed in the entrances of freeways， and vehicles are not allowed to enter until the total number of vehicles is less than N. This rule can guarantee enough safety distance between vehicles. 2) Driving in different lanes： the leftmost lanes are fast lanes， which allow the driving of vehicles with a speed of 100 ~ 120 km / h . The two middle lanes are ordinary lanes， which allow the driving of vehicles with a speed of 80 ~ 100 km / h . The rightmost lanes are slow lanes， which allow the driving of vehicles with a speed of 60 ~ 80km/ h. This rule can enlarge the traffic flow of freeways.

However， validation of the readability of information has not been conducted. Evaluation of the text reading level is frequently performed using the Flesch-Kincaid formula (FKF). Purpose This study evaluates whether the patient information section of the NASS website meets recommended readability guidelines for medical information， and how it compares to other websites containing patient oriented materials pertaining to spinal conditions. Study design/setting Analysis of internet websites. Methods Sixty publically accessible entries within the patient education section of the NASS website along with entries from five other websites containing patient information related to spinal disorders were analyzed for grade level readability using the FKF. Results Data was analyzed on patient materials from the NASS website： www.spine.org ， Spine Universe： www.spineuniverse.com ， AAOS： orthoinfo.aaos.org ， Scoliosis Research Society： www.srs.org ， Cervical Spine Research Society： www.csrs.org ， and AANS： www.neurosurgerytoday.org . The numbers of patient related links on the respective websites are： 60， 281， 35， 12， 6， and 29. The average grade reading level of all patient education entries is 11.2， 11.2， 9.4， 13.0， 11.7， and 11.9， respectively. Only 3.4%， 1.8%， 14.3%， 0%， 0%， and 0% of entries are at or below a 6th grade reading level， respectively. Approximately 86%， 94%， 80%， 100%， 100%， and 100% entries are above the 8th grade level， respectively. On the NASS website， the average grade levels of the constituent sections are： “Spine Conditions”， 11.59; “Spine Health and Wellness”， 9.11; “Patient Safety”， 8.1; “News and Public Relations”， 12.49. The percentages of entries within these sections below a 6th grade reading level are 0%， 27%， 0%， and 0%， resp ectively. Conclusions The percentage of entries at or below the recommended 6th grade reading level on the NASS website compared favorably with other websites with patient information dedicated to spinal conditions. However， the majority of the published content dedicated to patient information on all websites related to spinal conditions still exceeds the recommended reading level. To enhance the readability of patient oriented materials online， we believe that the use of a computer-aided readability assessment tool could be considered in future website publications available for patient education.
