Internet of Things (IoT) is the new network of physical object that has the ability to automatically transfer data over a network. This paper proposes an architecture to extend the current object identification scheme in order to custom build the same to uniquely identify each object associated with an RFID tag. The electronic product code (EPC) is a very popularly used identification scheme to identify objects and is stored in the RFID tags. The work described in this paper is based on the EPCglobal framework. Our research study focused primarily on extending the EPCglobal framework， thereby defining a customized identification scheme for each object in an IoT platform. A lookup called object naming service (ONS) is used to locate information about these objects in the EPC network. Object name service makes use of Internet’s existing domain name system (DNS) for looking up information about an EPC.
摘 要： 目的探讨怀集地区育龄女性重复人工流产状况及影响因素。方法采用自制问卷进行调查，多阶段分层系统抽样方法，选择自愿选择人工流产的本地户籍育龄女性为调查对象。调查内容包括年龄、文化程度、月收入、避孕措施及婚姻状况等。结果 1204例调查对象中，重复人工流产者373例，占31%。不同年龄、文化程度、月收入、避孕措施及婚姻状况组间育龄女性重复人工流产率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不同职业和生育史组间育龄女性人工流产率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论应加强人工流产后生殖健康服务和避孕指导，避免和减少重复人工流产的发生。
Neste trabalho， o problema do espalhamento entre íons leves-pesados é abordado principalmente do ponto de vista da matriz-S. Desenvolvemos um método que permite a obtenção dos elementos da matriz-S do espalhamento elástico e seus respectivos erros diretamente a partir de distribuições angulares. Analisamos dados experimentais dos sistemas 12C+160 e 12C+24Mg em baixas energias. Investigamos uma possível extensão analítica da matriz-S para o plano complexo com base na Teoria Algébrica do Espalhamento dentro da simetria S0(3， 1 ). O problema de canais acoplados também é abordado nesta teoria.
Skeletal muscle is recognized as vital to physical movement， posture， and breathing. In a less known but critically important role， muscle influences energy and protein metabolism throughout the body. Muscle is a primary site for glucose uptake and storage， and it is also a reservoir of amino acids stored as protein. Amino acids are released when supplies are needed elsewhere in the body. These conditions occur with acute and chronic diseases， which decrease dietary intake while increasing metabolic needs. Such metabolic shifts lead to the muscle loss associated with sarcopenia and cachexia， resulting in a variety of adverse health and economic consequences. With loss of skeletal muscle， protein and energy availability is lowered throughout the body. Muscle loss is associated with delayed recovery from illness， slowed wound healing， reduced resting metabolic rate， physical disability， poorer quality of life， and higher healthcare costs. These adverse effects can be combatted with exercise and nutrition. Studies suggest dietary protein， and leucine or its metabolite β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate (HMB) can improve muscle function， in turn improving functional performance. Considerable evidence shows that use of high-protein oral nutritional supplements (ONS) can help maintain and rebuild muscle mass and strength. We review muscle structure， function， and role in energy and protein balance. We discuss how disease- and age-related malnutrition hamper muscle accretion， ultimately causing whole body deterioration. Finally， we describe how specialized nutrition and exercise can restore muscle mass， strength， and function， and ultimately reverse the negative health and economic outcomes associated with muscle loss.
目的分析人感染H7N9禽流感 病例的流行病学特征，评估活禽交易市场休市措施对疫情的影响。方法对广东省肇庆市怀集县人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例临床表现和流行病学特征进行描述性分 析，同时采用实时荧光定量反转录-聚合酶链反应(real time RT-PCR)对病例家庭禽类养殖环境、全县活禽交易市场休市前、休市后市场环境标本进行检测。结果怀集县共确诊人感染H7N9禽流感病例9例，无死亡病 例。重症病例主要表现为重症肺炎，轻症病例以咳嗽、咽痛为主;分布在全县5个镇，年龄中位数为11岁(4~62岁)。全部病例均有明确的禽类接触 史，4/9的病例有慢性基础性疾病;病例的164名密切接触者共有6人出现流感样症状，其中1人经确诊为人感染H7N9禽流感病例，考虑为同源暴露。休市 前主城区H镇市场环境标本H7型阳性率为65.00%(52/80)，休市后为3.49%(3/86);乡镇市场休市前为14.81%(12/81)，休 市后为0(0/111)。休市后全县人感染H7N9禽流感新发病例大幅度下降。结论 9例人感染H7N9禽流感病例以轻症病例为主，4~11岁年龄组人群多发，病例均有明确的禽类接触史。采取暂停市场活禽交易等综合防控措施能有效控制疫 情。

With great interest we read the paper of Lombard et al about the use of Oral Nutrition Support (ONS) in an acute geriatric ward. The results of this paper and experience from our own initiatives raise the question， whether the current available ONS is the way forward to nourish elderly in the future. In our hospital we conducted a similar study (unpublished data comparing different ONS (low volume， high calorie oral supplement vs high calorie oral supplement vs solid， high calorie oral supplement) in 15 older patients admitted to an acute geriatric ward， who were at risk for malnutrition. In that study we calculated the total daily energy and macronutrient content of the standard meals (energy- and protein dense) offered to the geriatric patients. We found that the mean daily energy and macronutrient content covered the actual needs at each meal occasion. The actual dietary intake however was much lower (mean 1093 kcal/day) in comparison with the recommended energy intake (mean 1540 kcal/day) and was less than half of the mean daily energy content provided during the study period (mean 2344 kcal/d). Moreover， on average they did not consume more than 500 kcal during the different meal occasions. This could partially be explained by a faster satiation process in elderly and the changes in taste and smell perception. Although we tried to increase the available energy (= more than actually needed)， the restricted number of meal times and their timing is a potential barrier to increase the energy intake. Neelemaat et al have shown that ONS in long term care or during a three month period can be considered as the malnutrition treatment period. In a geriatric ward， providing ONS on top of the daily food provision is potentially only relevant if the ONS has a small volume and is easy to consume (e.g. packaging). However we are convinced that it is time to evaluate other concepts， with a minimal effect on logistics and costs (e.g. protected meal times， food (adjusted to the individual taste perception) availability throughout the day) that enhance the intake from the standard energy-dense diet. Our idea is supported by the latest research agenda proposed by the I-DINE Consortium， although the concepts and ideas are not necessarily new.
