Objective To establish a way for determination of Imperatorin in Huanglianshangqingpian by HPLC.Method The substance was determined with a HPLC.An waters Symmetry C_(18) column(4.6mm×250mm，5μm)was eluted with acetontrile- water at a flow rate of 1.0 ml per min and detected by PDA at column temperature 25℃.Result '.Imperatorin had a good linearity relationship between0.012033ug~0.24066 ug and the average recovery was 102.60%(RSD 1.78%).Conclusion：The method can be used to determined of Imperatorin in huanglianshangqingpian.
Objective To explore the effect of Shengsheng ping xiao pian on mastoplasia. Methods A total of 60 patients with mastoplasia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2011 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，each of 30 cases. Treatment group given Shengsheng ping xiao pian treatment，and control group given vitamin E treatment. VAS，breast pain and breast mass clinical effect，drug effect time between the two groups were compared. Results VAS showed no significant differences between the two groups( P 0. 05)，breast pain total effective rate of treatment group was 90. 0%，was higher than that of control group of 53. 3%( P 0. 05); breast mass total effective rate of treatment group was 76. 7%，was higher than that of control group of 33. 3%( P 0. 05); breast pain drug effect time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group( P 0. 05)，breast mass of drug effect time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Shengsheng ping xiao pian has notable curative effect in the treatment of mastoplasia，can relieve symptoms，shorten drug effect time，is safe.
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Cucurbitacin IIa in the Xuedansu Pian. Methods The contents were determined by HPLC with the use of C18column，and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(40∶60). The flow rate was 1. 0ml·min-1and the detective wavelength was 212nm. Results The average content of the Cucurbitacin IIa in the 10 instalments Xuedansu Pian was 104. 61%. Conclusion The method is simple，sensitive and repeatable. It is suitable for the quality control of Xuedansu Pian.
Meta-analysis of influences of Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian combined with entecavir on serum liver fibrosis markers of chronic hepatitis B
OBJECTIVE To evaluate effects of Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian combined with entecavir and entecavir alone on four serum liver fibrosis markers of chronic hepatitis B.METHODS CNKI，VIP，WANFANG DATA，CBM，PubMed，Embase，Web of Science，and Cochrane Library were searched from inception to January 2015 to collect Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian combined with entecavir and entecavir alone against chronic hepatitis B：randomized controlled trials.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to screen the trials.Data were extracted and analyzed by RevMan5.3 software to Meta analyze overall effects of multiple clinical test results.RESULTS Seven randomized controlled trials were included，including 539 patients in total，272 in observation group and 267 in control group.Four serum liver fibrosis indicators，including hyaluronic acid(HA)，laminin(LN)，type III procollagen(PC III)，type IV collagen protein(IV-C)levels，decreased significantly in patients receiving Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian combined with entecavir compared with those receiving entecavir alone(P0.05).CONCLUSION Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian combined with entecavir can significantly decrease serum indexes of liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B.However，quality of current research is low，randomized controlled trials with large sample，strict and high quality of methodology are still needed to verify these results.
Objective To provide a better reference for the quality control of Nujin Pian by establishing the method for the determination of paeonol in Nujin Pian by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used Agilent XDB C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm，4.6 μm)，mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(45：55).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with detection wavelength at 274 nm and column temperature at 40 ℃.Results The regression equation of paeonol was Y=7×107X-16 965，r 2=0.999 8(n =6).The linear range of paeonol was 0.003 8-0.38 μg.The average recovery rate was 99.7%，and RSD was 1.56%(n =6).Conclusion The method is simple，fast and accurate with good reproducibility.It can provide reference for the quality control of Nujin Pian.
Objective： To study of Shenqi Huafen Pian on exercise-induced fatigue in rats. Method： Seventy male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group，model control group，Shenqi Huafen Pian high，medium，low dose groups( 2. 5，1. 25，0. 625 g·kg- 1)，Nifedipine tablets groups( 0. 01 g·kg- 1)， Ciwujia tablets groups( 0. 25 g·kg- 1). Drugs were administered to mice for 9 days. Except control group，the other 6 groups were conducted exhaustive swimming experiment. The weight，MDA( malonaldehyde) and lactic acid( LD) content，adenosine triphosphatase( ATPase)，catalase( CAT)，Glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) and superoxidedismutase( SOD) activity were measured. Result： The weight in Shenqi Huafen Pian high， medium dose groups was increased( P 0. 01). In high dose group of Shenqi Huafen Pian，Na+-K+-ATPase activity，Mg2 +-ATPase and Ca2 +-ATPase activity of liver cells were obviously increased compared with model( P 0. 05)，GSH-Px activity in liver was significantly higher than that in model group( P 0. 01)，activities of SOD in kidney were significantly higher than that( P 0. 01). In high and middle dose group of Shenqi Huafen Pian，CAT activities in liver were significantly higher than that in model group( P 0. 01)，MDA content in kidney was lower than that( P 0. 01)，blood LD contents were obviously lower than that in model group( P 0. 05). Conclusion： Shenqi Huafen Pian showed anti-fatigue effects. The effects could be mediated by increasing the ability of antioxidation and improving lactate metabolism.
Objective To establish the method for determination of paeoniflorin in Bahzen Yimu Pill.Methods The analysis was carried out at 35℃ on a chromatographic column for Agilent 20RBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5μm)，The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water(17：83)with the flow rate for 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 283 nm.Results The calibration curve of determination for paeoniflorin was a good linear relation in the range of 0.2088~4.176μg(r=0.9999)，the average recovery was 98.7%，RSD=1.2%(n = 6).Conclusion The method is accurate，reliable and reproducible.It can be used as quality control for determination of paeoniflorin in Bahzen Yimu Pian.

Objective：Aim To establish a method for the determination of Quermination in Zhuangyao Jianshen Pian.Methods：HPLC method was used.The samples were separated by VP-ODS column(150mm×4.6mm，5μm);The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(85：15)，The detection wavelength was 370nm，Flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1，The column temperature was Indoor temperature.Results：The linear range of Quermination was1.02~10.20ug·mL-1(r=0.9998，n=7).The average recovery was 99.1%，RSD=1.90%.Conclusion：This method is simple，sensitive，accurate and can be used to determine the contents of adenosine in Zhuangyao Jianshen Pian.
Based on Wang Tai’s Lei Yu Pian Hai，Xin Xiu Yu Pian，is a large volume of dictionary，compiled by Xing Zhun from Cang County Hebei Province of Jin Dynasty.It is so far entitled to be the one collecting the largest number of Chinese characters in ancient China.Analysis and Research of Xin Xiu Yu Pian are conducted in the present paper，including Xing Zhun’s hometown，the compiling process of Xin Xiu Yu Pian，Xing Zhun’s improvement of Lei Yu Pian Hai，the stylistic rules and layout of Xin Xiu Yu Pian and its value in the history of dictionary.Xing Zhun’s key status in the history of dictionary compiling is affirmed.
